How California Cities are Collaborating to Address Homelessness | Josh Newman and Corey Sianez

California spent $13 billion to address the homeless issue over the past three years, including a $20 million pilot program, which brings ten Southern California cities together to manage the expanding homeless population.

My guests are California State Senator Josh Newman and Buena Park’s Chief of Police, Corey Sianez. They discuss, how law enforcement and the organizations serving the homeless need to work together and the need for greater coordination amongst the cities.
