Deputy campaign manager Kate Bedingfield has announced Joe Biden will participate in future debates with safety precautions in place. On Sunday, she said she hopes the debate commission will put in place every adjustment necessary to ensure the next debate is fully safe.

According to Bedingfield, Biden is looking forward to debating President Trump.

“We believe the debate should go forward as scheduled,” she stated. “Obviously, that’s going to depend on a lot of factors here, first and foremost President Trump’s health.”

The next presidential debate is currently scheduled to take place on October 15th.

“We send him the best,” added Bedingfield. “We are hoping for a speedy and full recovery, as is everybody in this country.”
