The January Sixth Committee is slapped with yet another lawsuit. This time by a spokesperson for President Trump.

In his lawsuit filed in Washington Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich says the Democrat controlled panel is using deceptive tactics trying to ambush its targets.

H e points out the committee held just one public hearing and it’s mostly working through private depositions seeking to improperly obtain private records.

Budowich adds that he had cooperated with the panel until December 23rd when he found out Democrats tried to obtain his bank records.

He stressed the January Sixth Committee and Nancy Pelosi are violating the U.S. constitution for political purposes.
