Vice President Kamala Harris unveiled the White House’s plan to solve Joe Biden’s border crisis. Rather than investing in border security, Harris intends to make Central America great again. The supposed “border czar” announced the approach would be a joint venture between the public and private sectors.

“The United States has an important role to play in addressing the root causes of migration,” Harris stated. “At the same time, our government cannot do its works alone. And again, that is where you have all stepped up in your roles as leaders nationally and internationally to help us get the job done.”

The administration’s “call to action” plan will be performed in cooperation with seven companies, including PepsiCo and PriceSmart. The $1.2 billion venture is focused on pushing Central American countries to conform to international norms. Each company involved will fund various points of interest throughout the region from infrastructure to gender equity.

Harris also stressed the importance of rule of law even though she supports the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which bailed out criminals connected to the George Floyd riots.

“To promoting good governance and rule of law,” said the Vice President. “Many of us have talked about the significance if your approach, which is to adhere to international norms and standards on issues like corruption and what we can do to create positive incentives for and adherence to rule of law.”

Harris noted that targeting roots causes for migration would curb the influx of migrants from countries such as El Salvador and Honduras. The former senator went on to tout the widespread popularity of the plan throughout Central America, claiming the people of the region are its true architects.

“They are aware of the root causes strategy and they see themselves in it,” she stated, “They see their voices of leadership in it and we are counting on them to lead.”

The “call to action” has been Harris’ first act as “border czar” since her visit to Guatemala City back in June. According to reports, illegal immigration at the southern border has increased over 50 percent since the Biden-Harris administration took office.
