President Trump is fighting Democrat subpoenas over the Jan. 6 protest. According to Politico on Thursday, the 45th President advised a group of his former staffers to ignore subpoenas by the Democrat-led Jan. 6 committee.
Trump is also reportedly prepared to go to court to block testimonies to the Democrat panel. The committee is seeking testimonies from Trump’s former social media coordinator, Dan Scavino, former Pentagon official Kash Patel, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and Steve Bannon.
45: The Unselect Committee of partisan Democrats, and two very weak and pathetic RINOs, should come to the conclusion after spending many millions of dollars, that the real insurrection happened on November 3rd, the Presidential Election, not on January 6th… pic.twitter.com/6TWCSZvaFK

Meanwhile, Trump’s spokesperson said Jan. 6 probes were being conducted by “a communist-style select committee who have no legal precedent or legislative merit.” A recent letter added, “President Trump is prepared to defend these fundamental privileges in court.”
