Mid-Atlantic: New York; Pennsylvania; Washington, D.C.
Midwest: Chicago; Twin Cities (Minnesota); Detroit (Michigan)
South: Texas
West: Arizona; California
What We’re Looking For
Experienced freelance reporters who can:
- Cover regional news with national implications
- Produce in-depth or feature stories with national implications
- Interview politicians, and business and community leaders
Requirements
- At least two years of experience covering news
- Strong familiarity with the related region and the national news cycle
- Flexibility in availability to cover the news when necessary
- Uphold high standards of traditional journalism
