President Trump shared thoughts over a now-deleted tweet from LeBron James, which targeted the Ohio police officer involved in the fatal shooting of a teen.

In a statement Thursday, the 45th President said James should focus on basketball rather than presiding over the destruction of the NBA.

James was accused of inciting violence after tweeting a photo of the officer with the caption: “You’re next” along with the hashtag: “Accountability.”

The President said the NBA star’s “racist rants” are insulting, adding though he may be a great basketball player, he’s doing nothing to bring our country together.
