GOP congressman Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) said he will not be a part of the “surrender caucus” as he continues to battle presidential election corruption claims.
In a tweet Tuesday, President Trump acknowledged Brooks support and efforts as he vowed to not go down without a fight.

Brooks recently addressed the widespread fraud, including illegal and illegitimate votes, and claimed the process of a non-fraudulent election would result in the President’s favor.
“The overwhelming, compelling and irrefutable evidence leads to but one conclusion,” he stated. “If only lawful votes cast by eligible American citizens are counted, President Trump handedly won the Electoral College and re-election.”
The Alabama representative stated that he will object the submissions of the Electoral College from states with flawed election systems, making their vote counts “unworthy of our ratification in the U.S. Congress.”
