Kamala Harris is yelled at while delivering a speech on Joe Biden’s Build Back Better agenda.

While delivering a speech in New York City on Friday, Harris was interrupted by a heckler who said he was enraged by the Biden administration. The heckler said he was furious with the failing infrastructure in his city that led to the tragic deaths of 13 people after Hurricane Ida tore through the area last month.

Despite Harris’ best efforts to gain control of the situation, she froze as the man continued his criticism. She then offered to speak with him after she finished giving her comments.

“Eight families drowned here in Queens,” said the heckler. “It could have been prevented if we had the right infrastructure.”

“You are right, brother,” Harris responded.

“I am right about that,” he said before Harris agreed.

Following the exchange, several Secret Service Agents reportedly ushered the man out of the room.
