The White House will not shut down the Texas migrant facility where Gov. Greg Abbott (R-Texas) reported accusations of child abuse and neglect.

On Friday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said there’s “no basis” for shutting down the San Antonio Freeman Coliseum holding site.

The site was set up to hold a growing influx of migrants crossing the border, and now holds more than 1,300 minors.

Abbott shared allegations of sexual assault, bullying, understaffing and a disregard for spreading the COVID-19 virus.

Psaki said the claims will be taken seriously and looked into.
