Former Republican lawmaker Newt Gingrich argues Democrats are trying to “destroy conservatism.”
In an interview Thursday, Gingrich said he thinks Biden’s inauguration speech, which called for unity, was really just a cover-up for his actual radical plans. The Republican claims Democrats really want to achieve unity by effectively “exterminating Republicans.”

Gingrich also called Biden’s cabinet dangerous. He said the nation won’t be united if he continues to enact divisive policies like the ones he has so far.
Additionally, Gingrich took to Twitter to note that Biden is not saving restaurants, he’s ruining them. In a brief from Gingrich’s team, he stated that economists at Miami and Trinity Universities have found that doubling the minimum wage to $15 an hour “would cost the hospitality industry more than one million jobs.”
