Arizona’s Republican Chairwoman, Dr. Kelli Ward, refuses to back down from the war on election fraud.

On Saturday, Ward took to Twitter to slam the supervisors in Maricopa County who refused to hand over voting material from the 2020 elections.

“This election is far from over,” Ward stated. “Anyone who is telling you differently, whether it’s in the media, whether it’s a Democrat talking head, or whether it’s the Republican establishment, is just avoiding the facts.”

On Tuesday, state lawmakers issued two subpoenas to Maricopa County in hopes of attaining electronic images of all mail-in ballots. They also hope to perform a forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment.

Some of the county’s board members claimed the subpoena could compromise private voter information. However, Ward fired back by claiming that county officials are choosing to protect ‘Dominion Voting Systems,’ as opposed to protecting voters who were disenfranchised because of voter fraud.

The issue is now on its way to court, where a judge will decide whether or not to enforce the subpoenas.

Meanwhile, other efforts against election fraud are underway. Two legal cases appealed to higher courts, one of which the GOP hopes to bring before the U.S. Supreme Court.

“We will find out if they are going to accept it and if they’re going to allow us to have expedited consideration,” Ward said of the cases. “Is the so-called ‘Safe Harbor‘ of December 8 constitutional? Did it give us enough time to discover and expose everything that was going on related to our presidential electors?”

The court has yet to confirm if they will take on the case.
