White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow has said targeted pandemic relief “is not going to happen.”

On Thursday, Kudlow again blamed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for sabotaging negotiations and stated she’s unwilling to compromise on key stimulus issues. He also added he’s doubted the Speaker’s seriousness in recent weeks.

Kudlow has said his suspicions were confirmed when a copy of a letter Pelosi sent to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, asking him to respond to the Democrat’s latest stimulus proposal, was somehow published by Politico.

He also reiterated that he doesn’t believe the country’s economic recovery depends on another assistance package.
