Joe Biden has once again displayed confusion during his trip to La Crosse, Wisconsin to promote the $6 trillion budget spending plan. In his speech on Tuesday, Biden claimed he recently visited the Proterra bus factory in person, which was actually a virtual event that took place more than two months ago.
Biden then went on to make another round of gaffes as he visibly struggled to read from the teleprompter. He tripped over his words and repeatedly stuttered before he could get through a complete sentence.
Joe Biden was very confused today.
He said TWICE that he visited Proterra’s electric bus factory in-person.

“Because of this deal, it will be easier, quicker, cleaner, more frequent and more, more reliable,” he stuttered. “This job, this jobs, the jobs, they will be created here.”
Many lawmakers have continued to express concerns over Biden’s mental state. During his time in office, President Trump agreed to a cognitive test after receiving questions about his health. The 45th president was found to be mentally sharp.
House Republicans are now pushing a bill to mandate Biden take a cognitive test amid concerns over his apparent mental decline.
