White House Economic Adviser Larry Kudlow has refuted allegations of “systemic racism” in the United States. While speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Kudlow said he does not believe in “systemic racism” narratives and noted potential injustices are limited to separate cases.
He also expressed support for President Trump’s message of “law and order,” which he said is good for economic growth.
This came after some economists said the Democrat push to defund the police may reduce investor and consumer confidence of the U.S. economy.
According to the economic adviser, President Trump has made the U.S. economy more inclusive than ever before.
“Black unemployment was 5.8%, and that was near the record low. The record low was in August of 2019 under President Trump, that’s how well they were doing. The same is true for Asian Americans, for Hispanic Americans, for women.” – Larry Kudlow, White House Economic Adviser
He added America’s law enforcement is working to protect all people, regardless of skin color.
