Sen. Rubio reflects on 2021, sets goals for 2022

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) recently commented on his work in 2021 while looking forward to the New Year. In a video released Tuesday, he said Americans have had to endure the coronavirus pandemic, staggering inflation and the supply chain crisis among other problems this year

The Florida senator went on to say Joe Biden is making things worse. He also touted service to his constituents while pointing out his team helped around 20,000 Floridians in 2021.

“I’m humbled by the opportunity to serve the people of Florida, that’s not something I take lightly,” stated Rubio. “As we look ahead to 2022 I am confident that common sense will ultimately win out over chaos and insanity.”

The Republican lawmaker also touted his efforts to honor veterans, help small business owners during the pandemic and get major legislation passed.
