Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (R) gave his thoughts on Joe Biden’s spending package framework.

“The media pundits are going to claim that this proves that Biden is this great dealmaker, bridging the divide between the big-government socialists and huge-government socialists,” said Rubio.

Rubio criticized the Biden administration’s spending plans, questioning the way they’re running the government and the route it is heading. “It’s going to fall on those of us who know the truth and see this plan for what it is to inform the American people. This plan is not ‘Build Back Better’, this plan is ‘Build Back Socialist’.”

In a video posted by Rubio on Thursday, he claimed the new framework is going to cost the people even more money.

“They’ve [Democrats] already poured $2 trillion this year alone of your money, into our economy. They’ve screwed up the supply chain and now they want to put another $2 trillion, or whatever. It’s like pouring gasoline on a raging fire,” said Rubio.

He said employees of child care and Pre-K programs would fall victim to the bill. He also warned if the Democrat’s program passes, the country could see even higher inflation.

Rubio claimed the Democrats have other intentions with the spending plan and added every move has been calculated.

“This is not a plan to fix America,” he said. “This is a plan to demolish it and to rebuild it into the socialist utopia that they have fantasized about for all those years at the faculty lounges of our universities and in all these other crazy places.”

Rubio said the fight is no longer between the two parties, stating it’s rather one between “normal and crazy, common sense and utter lunacy.”
