CNN is under pressure to retract a false story about investigative journalists at Project Veritas. In a letter to network Monday, Project Veritas demanded a retraction of a segment with Brian Stelter and Ana Cabrera that aired on February 15.

Stelter and Cabrera falsely claimed that Project Veritas was banned by Twitter for “spreading misinformation.” An earlier article on the CNN website made another false assertion, stating Project Veritas was banned for posting personal information.

The project’s founder, James O’Keefe, said CNN’s propaganda is a disgrace. He added, CNN will have no choice but to retract the segment that is obviously false.
