A former porn star who accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sex trafficking her has filed an official criminal complaint against him, just a month after launching a $50 billion civil suit against the hip-hop mogul as well.

Adria English, whose stage name was “Omunique,” claims that Diddy had initially hired her under the pretenses of being a go-go dancer at his eccentric parties. However, she also says that Diddy ended up trafficking her, forcing her into having sex with party guests, and that he threatened to blackmail her if she did not agree to finish the job.
Meanwhile, English spoke with Miami Beach Police Department last week. According to TMZ, she has also claimed many of the same allegations against Diddy that other accusers have, but they determined there was not enough evidence to investigate human trafficking, or related crime.
“Ms. English is very excited and cautiously optimistic about her journey to justice starting with the filing of her civil lawsuit on July 3, 2024, and now with the filing of a criminal complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department,” Ariel E. Mitchell said in a statement to Us Weekly. “Ms. English hopes to file an additional criminal complaint in New York but has been precluded to this point as New York requires an individual to be in person in order to file a criminal complaint.”
“We look forward to hopefully being able to pursue justice as quickly as possible with the support of others who are interested in standing with her against the injustice she and others have faced at the hands of Mr. Combs,” the statement concluded.
English says that the controversial rapper “groomed” her into sex trafficking and that she was ordered to have sex with Jacob Arabov, who is also known as “Jacob the Jeweler.” She is suing Combs and his alleged co-conspirators for $50 billion, according to the federal lawsuit filed last month.
English’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, stated that the former porn star plans on filing another police report in New York City soon. In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, English alleged that she was sex trafficked by Combs and two others from 2004 to 2009.
Additionally, English alleged that she was forced to take narcotics and was “unable to recall details” from Diddy’s Miami “white parties,” because of the “increased demand” that she “engage in illicit narcotics and alcohol use while employed” for Combs.
English maintained that the only way to escape from Diddy and his crew was to return to California, which she did in 2009.
“Being sex trafficked and abused has led Plaintiff into a tailspin of anxiety and depression,” the court document states.
“In or about 2010, Plaintiff was hospitalized for mental illness as a direct cause of her being trafficked by Defendants.”
“In the ensuing years, Plaintiff has also experienced alcohol and drug addiction, as she attempted to cope with the emotional trauma of being assaulted and trafficked.”
Meanwhile, the rapper’s attorney, Jonathan Davis, has come out and asserted that the allegations are completely false.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” Davis told DailyMail.com. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof.”
The defense attorney added: “Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”
In February of this year, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit alleging Diddy forced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.
Additionally, a video of Combs beating his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, was revealed back in May.
The rapper took to Instagram to apologize, saying: “I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses. So difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, sometimes you got to do that. I was f***ed up.”
“I mean I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses, my behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video, I’m disgusted.”
“I was disgusted then when I did it, I am disgusted now. I went and I sought out professional help, I got into going to therapy, going to rehab,” he added.
“Had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I am committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness, I’m truly sorry.”
Ventura sued the controversial rapper last year alleging rape and other offenses. They settled out of court in November for an undisclosed amount.
