A recent poll suggests the majority of unvaccinated Americans say they will not get the vaccine.
A recent survey asked U.S. adults to describe their personal situation regarding COVID-19 vaccines and a quarter of those surveyed, voiced hesitancy. Of those unvaccinated, 60 percent said they would not be getting inoculated and only 15 percent said they plan on getting the jab.
The poll also asked participants why they’re skeptical of getting the shot with 40 percent saying they just don’t trust the vaccine. Although 64 percent confirmed they’re fully vaccinated, the survey suggested those who aren’t won’t be easily persuaded to get the shot regardless of any mandate.
Meanwhile, the percentage of Americans who have refused to get vaccinated has for the most part remained unchanged. This as the Biden administration has continuously tried to push vaccine mandates on frontline workers, school students and more.
