The Devin Nunes Freedom Tour made its first stop in a state that wasn’t California. Speaking to a crowd of conservatives in Charlotte, North Carolina on Saturday, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) continued his journey aimed at ensuring American freedoms are not tampered with.
The event hosted a slew of special guest speakers from Former Deputy Assistant to POTUS and Chief of Staff for Department of Defense Kash Patel. North Carolina’s GOP Chair Michael Whately was also in attendance.
“So we know that North Carolina is the eye of the political hurricane in 2022. We’re gonna have four very competitive congressional seats,” said Whately. “We’re gonna pick up two or three here towards getting that Republican majority.”

The event touched on pressing issues like Republicans taking back congressional majority in 2022, putting an end to Big Tech censorship and holding China accountable for the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nunes warned of the dangerous moves being made by Democrats already and further discussed how Americans are fleeing blue states.
All in all, every speaker made it clear the GOP must come together to champion Americans’ rights and freedoms. He additionally stressed the importance of not backing down to progressive virtual signaling and dubious methods in gaining control.
