Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) is requesting an explanation from Lockheed Martin over its questionable seminars targeting white men.  In a letter to Lockheed Martin, the senator asked why the company tried to shame and disparage the straight white males among its employees.

Recently, Lockheed Martin reportedly held a three-day diversity training for white male executives only, which was referred to as the “White Men’s Caucus”. Cotton pointed out in its seminar materials, Lockheed associated white men with words such as the “KKK”, “Aryan Nation”, “old”, “angry”, “guilty” and “racist”.

Critics believe this shows that Lockheed is normalizing anti-white racism, which is illegal and wrong. Meanwhile, Cotton said Lockheed must provide explanations to the Senate by June 11.
