A professor with the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine announced at least half of the U.S. population has developed a natural immunity to COVID-19.
Professor Marty Makary said natural immunity to COVID-19 started to form at the early stages of the outbreak and has been around longer than the vaccines. He added both natural immunity and vaccinations will prevent future outbreaks, allowing Americans to confidently return to normal life.
“There is more data on natural immunity than there is on vaccinated immunity, because natural immunity has been around longer,” Makary emphasized.
More studies are affirming the power of natural immunity, despite the old guard establishment dismissing it and it’s contribution to population immunity. This study out yest in Nature Medicine looked at bone marrow samples of previously infected people: https://t.co/t4UxuqrqfT

Some suggest the virus is in the stages of herd immunity, which is when a virus has trouble traveling around because more than 80 percent of adults in a community are blocking its transmission. Yet, the nation continues to live in fear.
Makary dismissed the idea of public health mandates, saying it should be up to the people to decide whether they want to wear a face-mask and it should also be up to them whether they decide to get vaccinated or not.
