A Missouri man is facing murder charges in connection with the killing of a pregnant woman he met online.
Earlier this week, police arrested 27-year-old Damion Delgado for allegedly killing 22-year-old Amethyst Killian in St. Peters, just west of St. Louis.
In ref to the homicide of Amethyst Killian, a suspect has been arrested and charged with her murder. He has been identified as Damion Delgado and he is currently being held at St. Charles County jail on $1 million dollar bond for Murder 1st, 2nd and Armed Criminal Action. pic.twitter.com/ttGnL3tURc

Authorities said the two met online and agreed to meet for consensual sex.
On Thanksgiving morning, Killian told her family she was going to a gas station to get cigarettes. Her family reported her missing when she didn’t return home later that day.

The next day, police discovered Killian’s body with multiple stab wounds at an area park.
“This is a tragic, tragic situation,” St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar said. “Three children lost their mother and the child with whom she was pregnant also lost his life.”
Authorities said they were able to arrest Delgado with the help of surveillance video from the gas station, DNA samples and phone records.
Delgado was charged with multiple counts of murder and is being held on a $1 million bond.
