Noguchi’s Floor Frame will be the first Asian American art piece to be represented in the newly restored Rose Garden. The sculpture is meant to represent the intersection of a tree with the ground, which signifies a root system and the canopy of a tree.
Pleased to announce the arrival of Floor Frame, an art sculpture by Isamu Noguchi. Noguchi is the first Asian American artist to be represented in the @WhiteHouse collection.
